Consulting Resources:
Garshan provides traditional “Time & Materials” Resources who are able to quickly “come up to speed”, and supplement existing IT Staff. Our consultants are thoroughly screened and are available for any duration of time, specified by our clients.
Permanent Resources:
Garshan also works with clients searching for Permanent Resources. These candidates are screened according to our clients “checklists”, and are prepared to accept full-time, permanent positions as of “Day 1″. Garshan offers a 90-day employment guarantee for permanent hires, and charges a placement fee based on a percentage of the annual salary. Unlike other staffing organizations however, Garshan does not collect any fees from the client, until our 90-day guarantee has been satisfied.
“Right to Hire” Resources:
Garshan is also happy to provide traditional “Time & Materials” Resources, who can later be converted to a direct employee of the client. This option allows both our valued clients and IT professionals to work together on a trial basis, and then jointly determine if their working relationship should be extended.
