Gary created this Sales Consulting Organization to work closely with IT Staffing Companies, and help these companies reach their primary goal…….to grow their business. By retaining Garshan’s Services, companies were able to augment their sales staff with senior level sales expertise, making any traditionally required (and expensive) Sales Training, obsolete. Garshan’s successful business plan positioned its clients for a variety of mergers and acquisitions, in many cases.
In January of 2010, after taking several staffing companies through this successful pattern of growth and acquisition, Garshan Associates became a sole-entity. Garshan immediately procured top IT Recruiters, whom they had partnered with for the previous seven years, and continued working directly with corporations who understood the value of hiring qualified IT Professionals, at competitive market rates. |
