Gary Schiavino – President Prior to forming Garshan Associates, Gary began his information technology career in 1995 working in marketing and sales with a focus on Fortune 100 clients.Over the years, Gary has continued to provide staff supplementation, permanent staff, as well as project-based solutions to prominent clients in various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.He is a graduate of Kean College of New Jersey, where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. |

| Jo-Ann Farley – Managing Partner Jo-Ann has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, complemented by her MBA studies at Pace University. She went on to teach Computer Science both at Pace University and subsequently at The University of Maryland/European Division.Upon her return to the United States Jo-Ann left academia and started her IT business career. Now with 15 years of experience in the marketing and recruitment of IT professionals across several market verticals, Jo-Ann is well equipped to fulfill the expectations of clients and candidates alike. |
